					<description>Who was mean to you today? Civilized people become polite when they realize that social norms prevent them from acting out their most devious of behavior in reaction to a situation.

For example:

Our cousin Jay is driving on the freeway and gets cut off, a ball of rage begins to slowly grow for this car and all she wants to do is ram it into the center divide, BUT being the civilized person that she is, she refrains from tailgating and when she finds herself in a different lane right next to the bastard, she looks over to him and actually grins. THAT my friend is polite.

Same situation, but I am driving. I change lanes and speed up in order to get a good look at the bastards' face. I proceed to get his attention, then I give him not only one, but two middle fingers. Then I forcibly run him into the center divider. THAT is impolite. But then again, I'm not civilized either...</description>
